About Us
Space Between Wellness (SBW)
Space Between Wellness (SBW) provides educational, trauma-informed wellbeing services for individuals and organisations.
Our mission is to help people and teams strengthen resilience, emotional awareness, and sustainable wellbeing — through evidence-informed, person-centred education.

Our Story
With a background in psychological science and community wellbeing, and seven years of experience supporting individuals and organisations to enhance mental health literacy, emotional awareness, and sustainable wellbeing practices.
During this time, I’ve developed and delivered workshops and educational programs that help professionals build the confidence and tools needed to create meaningful, long-term impact in their work and lives.
I founded Space Between Wellness because I believe in the power of self-development, continuous learning, and conscious growth.
My own journey through burnout and realignment showed me that true transformation happens through curiosity, self-compassion, and alignment with our values.
Growth should feel engaging, achievable, and inspiring - not overwhelming.
This space is designed to help you embrace your journey, discover your strengths, and reconnect with the part of yourself that make life meaningful - for you and those around you.
From, Emily
