What’s the difference between coaching/consulting and therapy?
Our services are educational and developmental, not clinical.
We focus on reflection, nervous system regulation, and evidence-informed tools to support wellbeing and growth.
If you’re seeking therapy for a mental health condition, we recommend connecting with a registered psychologist, GP, or counsellor.

Can I claim Medicare or private health rebates?
No. Space Between Wellness does not provide clinical mental health treatment and is therefore not eligible for Medicare or private health rebates.
